Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged

  • Items must be free from perfume, makeup, or stains

  • Original packaging must be intact

For hygiene and quality reasons, we may not be able to accept returns on items that have been worn or used.

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, the item will be inspected and the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
